Gingerbread
Cake
Makes 8 servings

| 1 | box (14.5 ounce) gingerbread cake mix, Krusteaz® |
| 3/4 | cup ginger ale, Canada Dry® |
| 1/4 | cup bourbon, Jack Daniel's Whiskey® |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1/4 | cup melted butter, Land O' Lakes® |
Prep time: 8 minutes
Baking time: 35 minutes
Cooling time: 30 minutes
PREPARATION:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Butter and flour a 1 1/2-quart oven-proof glass or metal loaf pan.
- Mix together cake mix, water, bourbon, eggs, and melted butter.
- Beat for 30 seconds.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
- Cool completely before removing from pan.
