| INGREDIENTS: |

bottle (750 ml) sake, Gekkeikan® |
| 1 |
pint (2 cups) wild raspberry juice, Welch’s® |
| 1/8 |
cup lemon juice, ReaLemon® |
| 1 |
cup frozen raspberries, thawed |
| 1 |
cup crushed ice |
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Preparation:
- Add the sake, wild raspberry juice, lemon juice, thawed raspberries
and ice to a blender. Pulse several times until the raspberries are
completely crushed.
- Strain to remove the ice.
- Pour into sake glasses.
- Garnish with a few raspberries. Serve chilled.
