Makes sixty 2 1/2-inch-diameter cookies, or thirty 3-inch-diameter
cookies

| INGREDIENTS: |
| 1 |
box (18.25-ounce) Swiss chocolate cake mix, Duncan
Hines® |
| 1 1/2 |
cups semisweet chocolate morsels, Nestle® |
| 1 1/4 |
cups sweetened flaked coconut, Baker's® |
| 1 |
stick (4-ounce) butter, melted |
| 2 |
eggs, beaten to blend |
Prep time: 5 minutes
Baking time: 20 minutes total
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Stir cake mix, chocolate morsels, 1 cup of coconut, butter, and eggs
in large bowl until dough forms.
- Working in batches, drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto cookie
sheet, spacing evenly apart.
- Sprinkle cookies with remaining coconut.
- Bake for 8 minutes, or until cookies puff and are just set around
edges.
- Cool cookies on baking sheet for 2 minutes.
- Transfer cookies to cooling rack and cool completely.
