Frozen
  Peanut Butter
    & Jelly   Popsicles

 


 

Makes 10 popsicles, 3 ounces each

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup chunky peanut butter, Skippy®
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1 large ripe banana, cut into quarters
1/4 cup brown sugarC&H®
3 tablespoons raspberry jam, Smuckers®
3 tablespoons peanut butter chips, Reese's®
3 tablespoons mini-chocolate morsels, Nestle®

Special equipment:
10 Dixie cups® (3 ounces) and 10 popsicle sticks

Prep time: 6 minutes
Freezer time: 1 1/2 hours

PREPARATION:

  • Place peanut butter, milk, banana, and brown sugar in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add raspberry jam and pulse until combined.
  • It will still be chunky.
  • Divide peanut butter chips and chocolate morsels equally between the 10 Dixie cups®.
  • Pour blender mixture into cups and freeze for about 1 hour.
  • Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until hard, about 2 hours.
  • Remove Dixie cups® and serve.
